When will my order ship?
All service orders are always in stock and will be shipped/communicated to the Ship To address within 24 hours. All Spa Products orders which are in stock will be shipped within 24 hours as well. If out of stock you will be notified within 24 hours regarding the time it will take to ship the order.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
All orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order within a 24 hour period you are entitled to cancel your order and request for a refund. All orders once shipped cannot be refunded.

What is your Return Policy?
There is no return policy on any order which has already shipped. If products that are delivered are damaged for any reason during the shipping process the order will then be refunded within a 4 day period.
